Hey! Welcome to my book review blog. My name’s Barbara Dixon. I live in Los Angeles. I am an advertising consultant for a firm in the city. After a long day at the office, I love to relax with a good book. Now, I have decided to add to that relaxation and start this blog where I will be reviewing books of all things!
I had been mulling over the creation of a blog for a long time, but various reasons made me postpone it. Now, however, in the early summer of 2021, is the time for my blog launch!
Let me tell you though. Since launch, this blog has been occupying more and more time in my life. It has actually forced me to read more and more. This is something I can’t complain about. However, while it has made me read more every day, so that as my work and personal obligations remain the same, I have no choice but to subtract hours of sleep to continue reading everything I like (well … not all … I want more!) and continue to share it with all of you. And I do it with pleasure!
Back to work though. I have to say, that there are some days when I arrive at work very sleepy and days when I don’t have time to post reviews here at the pace I would like. So, please bear with me as I get to reading and writing.
